I've been using these krill oil pills for about a year now, it's replaced a lot of my formerly regular ibuprofen use actually. Get a bottle, try it for the duration of the bottle and you'll feel less pain in your joints. No upset stomach, and no gross fish flavor. I used to have to use eyedrops all the time and no longer have to. I actually threw away my eyedrops huge difference the only thing I don’t like is I have to take two instead of 1 bit it’s worth it.

The dosage is 2 pills daily, with no reference on how much the FDA think about how much you need.

If you take Omega-3 supplements, I highly recommend you research the antarctic krill variety. Fish oil is not as absorbable and occasionally causes fishy indigestion.
