Can you use this in printer to print pattern directly or can you only trace on it?

I haven't tried it with this particular product but have used something very similar and it went through a laser printer brilliantly

Is this ok for hand embroidery not machine?

Yes, this is what I used it for. It’s a great product

Do you peel the back off to make it stick?

Yes, after printing the design, peel off backing and stick to fabric. When finished just wash it away. Excellent product

Is this like the DMC magic paper?

Yes, and you can put it in your printer :)
