Item name is misleading, it says 60 tablets but the box label says 30 tablet, the title need to be updated

This supplement from the saffron crocus is definitely a gentle mood lifter without any adverse side effects. I wasn’t skeptical or surprised since I believe in the power of plants.🪴 I have this on subscription now for both myself and husband. As a woman in perimenopause with ADHD symptoms, this supplement feels like a game-changer. I found it cited in a study and thought I'd give it a try, and I can honestly say I feel like it's changed my life. The storm in my mind is over. Stressers that would have had me in a sea of anxiety are just rolling off of me like it's nothing. I can concentrate at work and have less overall moodiness. Hi, I was recommended this product by my nurse practitioner to help with stress relief, She suggested this will help with Stress attacks- feelings. She said 2 capsules a day. Honestly I haven’t been taking them long enough to give an honest opinion, But also I must say I haven’t felt the Chest pressure between my breast plate like I was before I started taking them. So I would say they are helping with me Considerably and I will buy again.

I have been using for 3 months. I noticed a difference after about a month but did not know how much until I ran out and put off ordering right away. After a few days I felt more on edge and not as at ease. Ordered quickly and noticed the difference. Definitely worth trying it was a game changer for me! 4/5 because I have yet to find a 5 ;)

I am in the nutritional supplement industry. Saffron's use as a "sleep aide" is based on 14 mg, at night, 1-hour before going to bed (specifically the branded ingredient called affron). This product uses 2x that dosage. So this may NOT be what you want to use as a sleep aide. Given that it says right on the front of the label that it "Supports mood, relieves stress, and promotes relaxation", it might work best if taken sometime during the day. In the end, the only way to know for sure if it will help you is to experiment with the time of day you take it, and see for yourself. Perhaps you have a job / family / personal issue that causes you to be stressed out. If so, take it say 1 to 2 hours BEFORE you know or expect to get stressed. It might help keep you calmer. If you suffer from low moods early in the day, then take it at breakfast time, and see if your mood improves. If your mood tanks after lunch, try taking this at lunch time. It is entirely possible that your DIET is causing your problems! It is well known that caffeine, sugar and white flour can all take a toll on your mood, and cause you to get wound up (stressed and/or unable to relax). These substances have a very NEGATIVE impact on your brain. This point cannot be "stressed" too much (pun is intended). If you find you need any combination of these to help you "make it though the day", try going 2-3 days without them, and see if that helps you feel less stressed / unable to relax / feel depressed. Sugar and/or caffeine can easily get your mind "worked up". Give this product a full bottles' time to judge its effectiveness. I hope this helps you make informed buying / using decisions.
