Weekly Enzymatic Protein Remover Contact Lens Cleaning Tablets (refill Pack 24 Tablets)

This is my second purchase. Found this product when the high street product I’d used for over 25 years was discontinued I use these once every 3-4 weeks ( never needed weekly use) and I use an existing container which holds both gas permeable lenses at once - one tablet, in 10 mls of saline, every 3-4 weeks is very cost effective. These tablets do not fizz and show no obvious sign they are dissolving but leave them overnight and the tablet fully dissolves and lenses are beautifully cleansed. Rinse well in saline, use your usual wetting solution and the lenses are noticeably clearer. Great!

They clearly say to thoroughly clean after use. I stupidly thought that meant a basic clean. What a mistake. The pain. These are super good at cleaning the protein from the lenses but make sure you clean the lenses thoroughly and then rinse and rinse again. Monster painful if you don't rinse. The instructions also talk about two vials for the lenses. None were supplied. I suspect there is also a vial version. Very easy to use but make sure you thoroughly clean the lenses after removing from the protein solution

It’s becoming difficult to buy protein remover for gas permeable contact lenses. These are suitable, work well, and arrived promptly.

Found these when Boots stopped selling their own. Seem to work fine.
