They are absolutely beautiful pieces! Makes your food even more appetizing! Do great in dishwasher. Couldn't be happier.

The non smooth finish is superb in the dishwasher that uses enzymes. I feel that these guys work with Miele directly or indirectly so if you are looking for set that utilizes the dishwasher (Miele) to the maximum. This is the set to go with. The dimensions are right so the sprays hit the dishes properly.

Nice set. I need to get used to the finish but they are different which is what I was going for.

Ordered an open box set. Got 4/12 dishes. Returned, ordered new next time…. But got a used, already open box. Shoddy taping over the original tape. Why did they do this? To squeeze more money? I love the plates and bowls. They had obviously been messed with and had marks, but after running them through the wash they looked mostly new. They can go in the microwave, but they retain heat well, so be sure to let it sit for a minute or so before taking it out. Not a problem! Really love this brand, I won’t let their shady shipping, or selling me a used set as new, dampen my pleasure.

I got returned items…all thress boxes were previosly opened and retaped. I chose “Buy New” option, not the save and used. I didn’t replace them as it was my husband’s christmas gift for me and I didn’t wanna ruin his feeling. Items inside were okay but didn’t feel good to know that I got stuff that someone already returned.

Lovely plates - the matte stone like finish makes the plate rustic looking but yet elegant due to the lightness of porcelain. We bought 2 sets and used them over Christmas and now use them as our everyday plates very lovely.

So ordered this as the same pieces are considerably more expensive in the V&B shop. This being said it is always a risk buying crockery online ad it can come with cracks and chips. Pleased to say all 24 pieces arrived in one piece and was properly packed.
