Me and my family have been drinking rude health milk for countless years and it is certianly worth the money, the flavour of the coconut milks has a nice sweet taste to it and is extremely refreshing. But like i say it is quite sweet so drinking it by itself can sometimes be a little bit much (in my opinion). I would highly recommend trying it in tea, coffee or hot chocolate though.

I like this coconut milk. No too sweet and no sugar add. Organic. Value for the money and delivery at home. I don’t drink dairy milk so happy with this discovery.

Giving 4 stars as I just cannot taste coconut at all, it's very weak but not over sweet I found I was adding salted caramel syrup to it. Where others have found this to be very sweet. It makes a great coffee, not to good with foaming though, not like the Barista Oat. That foams really good. Still, very pleasant and enjoyable and noticed a change in bowel habits as can't have dairy. So this buy was a bit of a test as get banged up very easy. I'm not really a coffee drinker, so usually I'll have it cold out of the fridge and just down it, it's so refreshing and thirst quenching. Plus a good source of protein amongst many other benefits.

Do NOT be fooled. This is not coconut milk it is rice milk with less than 10% coconut milk. The picture on the front does not specify 'coconut-drink' and so I was misled into buying this. Should have read the fine print or the ingredients list. As a result I have 6 cartons of something i cannot use. What a waste of money. I will not buy from Rude Health again due to misleading advertising.

Mi è arrivato un cartone di prodotto da consumare preferibilmente entro il 21 novembre 2019... peccato che sia arrivato il 26 novembre!! Piazzare i prodotti scaduti è una cosa davvero spregevole.
