Best insoles I've ever used
Felt like a new pair of trainers after the install. I love the quality (and branding which I don't usually mention) which is a good job since these are on the higher price range. The support these ones offer is noticable in comfort and design. They instill peace of mind and trust you bought the right stuff. They can be cut to size with scissors following the underside guides to within a limit so make sure you still check the size guide before buying. I use them for my running trainers which they have extended the life of, overall saving me some money whislt improving my comfort! I really hope these endure my running habbits and help my alignment as advertised. They definitely feel quality and well made with obviouse layers of support material used, that helps justify where your money went. Very happy with this item I'd definitely recommend you check out the company's products not just this one. A glowing review here and im very hard to please. Hope this helps.

Tried the rest and these worked the best for me!
I play a lot of tennis and my new Nike Vapor Pro 2 shoes were causing me some achiles tendonitis. I already had several pairs of Sure Feet inner soles, that I have used for hiking, so tried all the different colours I have, blue, green, yellow, orange etc. None of them solved my issue. I was nearly considering buying a new pair of tennis shoes, until I read a review of these inner soles and thought I would give them a go as last resort. Thankfully I did, having played tennis just once (3hours) using these, I have to say they are excellent. As soon as I fitted them and put my foot in the shoes they felt great, I had to trim them to size but that was extremely easy. They provide excellent cushioning without feeling too cloud like, so you still feel connection with the ground. which is important in tennis. My feet also felt like they moved around less in the shoes, when running around the court. After I played I had no discomfort whatsoever, and my achilis tendonitis has greatly reduced.

Good, quality insoles but not that durable
I liked these. They have good support and structure and they fit perfectly into my shoes and were easy to slot inside without having to wrestle them in. They didn't even require cutting. I found them comfortable and stable right away without any unwanted slipping or sliding. The only drawback is they only lasted about 6 months before the top fabric layer wore away and developed holes in high pressure areas like the toe, ball and heel. This is effectively the end of their life because the insole becomes bumpy and uncomfortable, and further use also starts to eat into the underlayer. If they just put something more durable on top as a protective lining, these would last much longer. So although they're good, I feel they are expensive if you have to replace them every 6m. May be worth getting proper custom insoles rather than doing that.

It totally works (for overpronation) but for me took time to start working.
This is one of those rare cases where I've bought something pricey and have got my money's worth. My feet started hurting when I walked in new trainers . I deduced I suffer from overpronation and bought these insoles. Quite simply they work and are 100% effective , BUT for me they took their sweet time to start working. I knew that some orthotics take time to work, but I was still disappointed when after 30 days of using the insoles I still had pain in my feet when walking. I just assumed they weren't ever going to work for me when approx. 2 weeks later I was walking and I realised my feet didn't hurt anymore and haven't hurt since. If you stop using the insoles for a long time the pain may return, but will subside if you start using the insoles again. I had to trim the insoles down to size and remove my original insoles to fit the orthotics into my trainer. Yes, they squeak a fair bit, but I don't care. Thanks to these insoles I can walk for miles, do intense classes like Body Attack and not have pain in my feet. I have been using them for over a year and they haven't worn out yet.

Very good insoles, create good stability
I've been buying these insoles for years now, they give better stability when running and they are very comfortable, once you get accustomed to them. They are extremely well made and of high quality and have served me well in a few marathons and countless half marathons. Would definitely recommend.

Plantar fasciitis survivor - supportive and no heel pain after ~10k runs and long hikes
I've got diagnosed plantar fasciitis. I've tried multiple insoles, including ones from the podiatrist, and these are one of the good ones. My arch is about normal height and these do not feel like they're stabbing into it. During runs these insoles are supporting the arch and seem to work for my overpronation, preventing any pains in the heel/arch during and after. The other insoles that I found to work fine are the "Orthotic Insoles, 3/4 High Arch" (3/4-length makes it super fast to switch between shoes) also from Amazon. Also good for hiking shoes/boots, however the cushion on the heel may squeak on each step. It's not very loud so not a dealbreaker for me. I got the size 7/8.5 and they fit 8.5 shoes quite accurately, and can be cut down to 7.

Not for distance
If you're into distance hiking, you may find these are not for you. The heel cup has caused me bad blistering on the left and right sides of both my heels on both hikes I've done with them so far. Out to 10 miles they are very comfy and offer more than Salomon's own Ortholite insoles. But much beyond 10 miles and the nipping at the heels begins and worsens all the way to taking them off. A different sock might help, but I wear Salomon x-crew and they're very good. And perhaps they're just not compatible with my current boot (Salomon Outpulse). Maybe the height of the heel cup lifts my heel into a section of the heel of the boot that's causing the rubbing and not actually rubbing against the insole cup itself. It's hard to call. But just be aware, if you get blistering around your heels having not suffered blistering for years, you've found the same as me. I would however put these in a pair of dog walking shoes or work footwear in a heartbeat. For shorter distances sub 10 miles I don't think I've ever had a comfier insole so I've still given them 3 stars. I'd give these 6 stars if that comfort lasted out to 20 miles.

Thick and comfortable. Abit like me,
These are quite thick and when I went through airport security they set off an alarm which meant security thought I had something in my shoes. Theyre comfortable though once you get used to them,
