As good as a bite valve
Can't use bite valves but this twist valve is just as good!

Good better than the bite ones but cap fell off
Worked fine until the cap fell off the little string. Still works but now the bit that goes in my mouth is completely exposed :( give yours a check when you buy it and maybe knot it again to make sure this doesn’t happen to you

Need to tape on or it will fall off
If you don’t tape this down it will get ripped off with any small force. This one lasted me a week.
