Instructions not clear for urine test. No centrifugal tube or distilled water( needed for the urine test). When tried to return an error occurred. Waste of money.

A total waste of money & time.
Literally no lines were visible at all. This wasn't for me, but a male relative, so not the most pleasant test for him to do. Invalid & a waste of time sadly.

Awful product, awful customer service Biggest waste of money Product doesn't work no liquid left to put into the test after you pull out the swab as it absorbs everything

No instructions for urine sample
Disappointed that there are no instructions for urin sample testing. Fine if you want to use the swab. But I don’t as I bought it for urine testing.
