This is second time I buy this item. It does really work well!

Problems
Annoyingly, this is the second Aircast armband I have ordered in the last 8 weeks. They are the only bands that help with my tennis elbow. However, the first fell apart at the joins within one week and the air cushion constantly falls out of its 'pocket' after a few games however hard one tries to secure it. Could it be made so that it cannot fall out of its pouch. Then it would be perfect. I bought one about two years ago and it was marvellous. The new ones are not nearly so good. The material has changed.

I've worked out (lifting weights) with this, and no pain what so ever...very pleased!

This has got to be the worst product ever!!!!
I bought this product expecting something completely different to what arrived,. I was shocked when I opened up the box to find the product so flimsy, the air bag is pathetic and the strap is very uncomfortable to wear, within two weeks the bag had deflated redeeming it useless now and in the next couple of days the strap had broken completely, don't buy this product and save your money.

I have had many of these straps over the years, and have found this make to be excellent, and very comfortable.
