Good product that works well
Excellent product, easy to use and the translation voices are great.

Really poor for the price
Woefully inadequate translation. Any conversation over one sentence and it just makes up its own words. App only works on 1 phone out of 4, even then, it constantly requires you to reconnect the earbuds as it only sees one at a time. Time to go back to Google translate

No more, "Do YOU Speak English!"
I must admit to being sceptical when i first read about the Timekettle M3, BUT, can honestly say, I have been really surprised, the ease of use via the app is amazing, in any of the modes. Ear to ear is the most fun, where one of you have an earbud each and you just chat away either in the same language and it converts what you are saying which makes learning so much easier or speaking to somebody in their native language and they translate for you. I have seen some negatives around delay times, there is a slight delay, but i find you need this to allow your brain to catch up, unless your fluent of course, but why would you use if you were. All in all, a very positive and fun experience.

The right earbud didn’t work nor it connected
I bought this as a present for my mum and the right earbud didn’t connect or charged. I got them for an specific event so she could communicate and with the item being defective she couldn’t speak with anyone. Such a shame.

Nice item
A nice item handy to have when on holiday. Easier to use than just Google translator on the phone. Would love to try the new model.

Performance not as described
Nice design, easy use , but pity the performance is lower than described. Take quite long time between hearing and translation, quite weird.

Criminally poor translation
I don’t usually write reviews but had to write to warn buyers - this is the worst purchase I ever made. The offline translation just happily translates away rubbish, making up sentences. The online translation, required heavy work. The installation was painful. For the price you pay, the output is criminally poor. The only consolation is that we had a good laugh at the rubbish it made up.

good device
The advantage is that the device connects well to the phone quickly and easily with the app. Comfortable to wear. The disadvantage is that there is no offline language that I would have used and if there is no or bad signal strength on my phone, it is unusable. Translation is only 90% accurate based on my tests so far [ Hungarian - English ]
