This product is amazing. I have chronic lower back pain from a degenerative disc in my lumbar spine and severe allergy which has cause me to be fatigue often. I finally after 20 years has my allergy under control which has greatly improved my energy level but when I supplement with D ribose 5g 3 times a day on top of 200Mg co Q10 and 500mg ALCAR a day, the result is just amazing, I felt that my energy level has improved by the 2nd day. I have so much more energy, I sleep a less than normal. Before I would sleep at least 8hrs or more if I am exhausted but now I workup consistently after 7-7.5hrs and feeling great to take on the day. My lower back pain seems to lessen significantly just out of the blue. My strength at them gym has improved a lot and the recovery has been significantly faster from 2-3 days to a day a most. This is just short of miracle to my quality of life. The price is great, the quality and delivery is impeccable. I could not have been happier with this. I live in Copenhagen and this offer the best price for this.

I've been using this brand for about 4 years now and have found it to be good quality as far as I can tell and a reasonable price. I use 15g a day as part of a supplement plan for M.E and do notice when I've not taken it. It's no miracle cure by any means but I do find it helps a little, used with CoQ10 and l-carnitine as recommended by Dr Myhill. I'd recommend taking it with food as I find occasionally when taking it first thing on an empty stomach it can make my blood sugar crash and I end up very shaky and nauseous. No side effects other than that, and that one is easily remedied by taking it with food. I generally put it in coffee as it's quite sweet meaning it can be used in place of sugar/sweetener when you get used to the taste.

I ordered this after reading reviews elsewhere . I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and with it I get chronic, debilitating fatigue. Fed up of all the fads, yoga recommendations and diet changes, I felt like I’d tried a lot. I did go into this with skepticism but there is a lot of promising articles (and studies) online. I wasn’t sure if would work at all but I’m really taken aback by the results. Within an hour I have a lot more energy, it’s not cure of course but I feel most days now I have twice as much energy. At first I thought it was perhaps placebo or coincidence but it’s been around 2 weeks now if taking it and I still feel better. It doesn’t taste bad either, just like sugar really. I mix it with a tiny bit of water and down it. The only downside is taking it near bedtime (I find even 3/4 hours too close, I am unable to sleep. It was a strange feeling to have too much energy to sleep! I will continue with this and I’m glad I came across it and gave it a chance.

Thought this was really good value. I suffer from ME/cfs and was recommended this product and I have to say that I do seem to have more energy and less pain when I take it regularly-I ran out before I bought this batch and I really felt a difference not taking it. I take 2 scoops with breakfast and 2 scoops an hour after lunch and I dilute it in fruit squash. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it isn't a cure but I would recommend trying it if you have ME to help ease symptoms.

This has given a new lease of life to my small dog, who has a heart murmur and struggles when he does not have it added to his food. At 12, he bounces around like a younger dog, and my vet was surprised at the improvement in his heart function. He also takes Vetmedin vasodilator and they seem to work really well together. Having tried it myself, it is like a mild icing sugar taste, but I havent had enough to notice extra energy in myself. The dog barely notices the taste and only needs half a teaspoon added twice a day.

I have only just started this but early signs looking good! I will update in the future! This review is to clarify the bag this product comes in is TOTALLY USER UNFRIENDLY!! And it is a real struggle to get any of the product out of the bag on a scoop! Hence within a day I purchased a separate sealed airtight container for this product which now makes it easy to get a scoop when needed...( Photo attached of the absolutely fantastic container I purchased for the job and bought here from Amazon! ) Problem sorted!

As a sufferer of CFS / ME I find this to be helpful, I find I have more energy and am not so bad as I was in the mornings. Will def be buying again I am now on my 2nd bag of this. It is sweet tasting powder and I add it to my coffee in the mornings. There is a small scoop enclosed in the bag so you can measure out the dose needed. I take a total of 15g per day and it does make a difference. In my coffee I put slightly less sugar in to compensate for the fact the powder is sweet. I did some searching around on the internet and I plumped for this as it was the best value.

When prepared, a faintly sweet tasting solution. The powder dissolves easily and I’m not sure the slightly elaborate preparation ritual with it’s timings etc is essential. Does it work? How does one tell? I feel no different after taking it, my gym workouts aren’t ‘turbo-charged’ or anything, but the science says it’s beneficial so I’ll keep taking it until I run out. The spoon is tiny, the mouth of the packet is narrow even for my average hands so a pair of straight artery forceps will make retrieving it each time and loading it up will D-Ribose less frustrating.
