I am very pleased with this knife. I use it for skinning animals and it cuts amazingly. I like the way it feels in my hand - it feels balanced. It's very sharp and has a high quality blade. It's a good value for the money, as I have purchased more for other uses. I would highly recommend!

We feed our dogs raw and cut up quite a bit of meat every week. This knife was very sharp out of the package and it went right through cheap stringy chicken and kidney. Definitely getting more of this brand for other knives. They're not pretty, but a great workhorse.

I have lots of very nice knives, many made in Germany, some from France and a few from Japan. This knife is as nice as all of them. Easy to sharpen, but stays sharp. Perfect handle for cutting meat. Came back for more.

Not made as a thing of beauty but for function, on the mark. Handle comfortable. Blade comes with decent edge, easy to sharpen. A real "users" knife.

I really like it. Not quite as sharp as I would have liked it to be out of the package, but sharp enough and easy to sharpen to preference. Nice, ergonomic grip.

Arrived very sharp, which is not always the case. Ergonomically good fit and comfortable to use. And did I mention that it comes already sharpened? ☺️

I live in Alaska and we process a LOT of salmon. This is an Awesome slime knife! Razor sharp, easy to clean, cheap if you lose it. The shape of the blade and how it feels in hand, I reach for this over the knives that I spent over $100 on each. Buy it, you will not be sorry.

Excellent Knife! Arrived SUPER sharp and ready for slicing. The non-slip handle is wonderful when hands are bloody and you're trimming several cuts of meat. Cleans up easily because there's no cracks or grooves for bacteria to settle into. I bought this knife to replace one that lasted since the late 80's. Virtually indestructible! My old one has been sharpened over the last 30 years too many times and I figured It's time to get another one.

Processed 4 deer this season with this knife as part of my kit. Comfortable to hold for the most part though a slightly softer plastic might be nice. Holds an edge very well and the blade is sturdy feeling. All in all a good quality knife for what I paid
