I use it to strain my herbs and make butter. Works great, and doesn’t stick. I was able to wash it and use several times. Great quality product for the price.

Cheese cloth is fine and very good quality , I bought this twice and was very happy both times .

I used this cheesecloth to make ricotta cheese, and it worked perfectly. The ultra-fine mesh was what I needed, and worked so much better than cheesecloths with larger holes. I was demonstrating how to make ricotta cheese for several friends and we were all very pleased with the results.
