Can you use this to make fragrace? If so what percentage oil and dent would you use for a 100ml fragrance?.

I think the general rule for adding essential oils to any liquid is 2.5% dilution. So 2.5ml oil to 97.5ml alcohol. And leave it a few weeks to develop. I rolled mine every day to gently mix (don’t shake)

Is the scent as strong as store bought alcohol?

The perfumers alcohol is scent free until you add your fragrance to it.
