I use this wonderful purchase to trim my pups nails! They do NOT run and they are more than happy to get it done now! I love how easy it is to use. Only issue is changing out the different head types, that can be a real pain 😢 Size perfect! Battery life is outstanding! Heat is depending on what you're doing. I use it on pet nails and normally they get scared because within a few minutes it dremmel gets too hot. But with this one I can go for 40 minutes and still pretty cool! Tool quality is TOPNOTCH. Value for the money is within reason. Charging is easy as can be!

Awesome little rotary tool. Surprisingly long battery life and a good amount of bits to start. Diamond wheels cut nicely, sanding is great and the milling bits work fantastically. I bought this to clean up 3D prints and it does the job admirably. Also comes with a nice carry case and has a very sleek futuristic looking design. I love this tool

Love the size, love the storage system, and love the performance. Unlike many other rotary tools, its size makes it easy to manipulate. Construction is very high-quality and sturdy. For my own use, I'd prefer a direct cord connection for recharging rather than a doc, but I still am giving it five starts. Highly recommended.

I've been using my Dremel Micro for quite a while, and it’s been such a reliable tool that it’s finally time for a replacement. Unfortunately, Dremel no longer makes that model, which made finding a comparable alternative a bit tricky. After searching for options, I came across the HOTO tool, and it’s turned out to be a great choice. One of the main things I wanted in a new tool was that it had to be cordless, rechargeable, and have a light to help me see while filing my dog's nails. The HOTO tool checks all those boxes. It seems to have enough power for my needs, though so far I’ve only used it for filing my dog's nails (I have other rotary tools on hand if I need something with more oomph). The HOTO is lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the battery lasts much longer than I expected before needing a recharge. I also like the sleek design and the case it comes with. Included with the assortment of tools is a specific attachment with various sized holes for grinding pets' nails, though I prefer to leave it off, as I'm used to doing it without one. In some ways, the HOTO is even better than my Dremel Micro. Unlike the Dremel, it doesn’t have the knurled collet that could sometimes catch on my pup if I wasn’t careful. One downside is that the exhaust vent is placed where I hold the tool, which can make it get hot after a while. I do like the speed dial placement on the bottom and the separate on/off switch, which lets me start and stop at the same setting. Overall, the HOTO is a well-built, reliable replacement for my old Dremel.

Great affordable wireless Rotary tool/Dremal and another great Hoto tool kit to my growing collection of the latest products. Hoto has been a life saver since I became disabled and needed to find alternatives to traditional hand tools (needed to move to electric everything due to a chronic joint disorder on top of no thyroid). I’ve unfortunately tested a lot of these “cheap” brands and Hoto is the only one I actually recommend to friends and family. Not a single one of the tools has failed me yet. If this is on a deep sale buy it ($30) Even if you don’t need it at the moment. I promise you will find a project the moment you open it up!

I needed a rotary tool, but I didn't need the most high powered tool that needed to be plugged into a wall. This HOTO does the job well. I just use it for some thin metal cuts and sanding, and it works well. The power of the motor is surprisingly good, and it had no problem cutting metal, and the battery life seemed to be pretty good too, for its size. I do like that it also came with a little shield for the tip so you don't have shards or dust spraying in your face. There are some somewhat minor caveats to this tool. The circular blades this comes with aren't really great for cutting metal, so I had to buy another rotary tool cutting kit for cheap that had better metal blades. Not a deal breaker at all, but just to let you know if you want to cut metal. Besides that, the charging system is a bit weird, IMO. You have to use the charging base it comes with and cannot plug a cable in to charge, which could be inconvenient if you forget the charging base. However, it comes with a carrying case for the rotary tool, the attachments, and the base, so I guess it isn't too much of a big deal. Overall, I think this lives up to its value at $40. It has good power, decent battery life, and a good selection of attachments.

Very happy with the purchase. I use for silver jewelry shaping and polishing. Easy to handle, nice power, and no vibrations like a flex shaft on rotary tools. It seems to last a while. I thought it might be bulky, but find it comfortable to use. The standing charger is also nice. Comes in a practical storage folder. Overall, very happy.

Somewhat decent deal when bought for $30 but even so, i have a few Hardell branded rotary tools that were $10 cheaper and i use them much more often than this one. Its a bit on the heavier side and the charging system is stupid, also the light is basically useless since its not nearly bright enough to illuminate anything. It does seem to have a little bit of power and runs quieter on the lower settings(or quieter than i expected at least) but overall I would have preferred buying a Hardell branded rotary tool

Its powerful, its ALL NEW, CLEAN AND BOXED UNLIKE OTHER BRANDS. It is worth it!
