Solid feel, Perfect fit, looks great, easy install. Good price, too. I went to Lowes to be sure I'd get one that fit the pipe I had, but they did not carry anything like this, and seemed dumbfounded that such a thing would even exist. They referred me to a Plumbing Hardware store several towns away, that carries oddball plumbing supplies. I stopped a Ace instead, & they had even fewer options than Lowes, so I hit Amazon in desperation. Not only is this NOT an oddball item, it's apparently a high demand item, with thousands of reviews for multiple brands, all saying this is fine. This is a Solid feel in the hand. Heavy, and smooth as silk. Threads were taped, then screwed in very easily, and the washer fit perfectly on the other end. No leaks, & I'm delighted with it. Just be sure you get the right length for your use. I had to return one because it wasn't the correct length, but that's on me. The quality is great, & the price is perfect for what I got. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, if I needed another.

Worked perfectly to extend my existing shower arm so that my magnetic handheld shower handle could be angled without hitting the shower wall. Extension was quality made and would recommend and use again if needed

This worked perfect for extending standard fitting. WIth the shower caddy, shampoos, and other items in caddy, this extender came with teflon tape, and easy to install instructions to make the shower more friendly.

This fixed my short person problem. Well one of them anyways. Brought the shower head to where I don’t have to stand on my tippy toes and reach to get the shower head down. It’s durable, didn’t affect the water flow. Came with great directions.

Extension installed perfectly with no leaks. Now my vertically challenged wife is happy that she can reach the showerhead 😁.

Great quality

When I first installed this to extend my Hammerhead Shower combo, it leaked at the fitting. I rewrapped the threads with plumber tape using several layers and it solved the issue immediately. I see a lot of reviews stating it leaks but I think maybe people aren’t putting enough plumber tape on the threads. It was perfect once installed properly and added the extra length to my shower head to give easy access to the handheld.

One of the things to consider when installing an extension is what's inside the wall and who did that. In many homes built within the last you know dozens of years there should be a brace inside the wall going between studs and there is a 90° block inside there that should be either nailed or screwed to that cross blocking the issue is is sometimes people didn't exactly put screws in properly or right length of screws or even nails and if you can take your current extension and slowly wiggle it and it moves more than 1/8 of an inch in either direction you may want to reconsider adding I'm out of wall extension because it places more Flex on that joint and there is a potential not saying it will happen but there is a potential that you could do further damage inside the wall and create a leak ask me how I know. Now back to this part this is super easy super high quality and comes with everything you need always be sure when you're installing Teflon tape to go the reverse direction but aside from that it includes the extra rubber washers for inside the female and of this adapter and it literally took me 2 minutes to install this. Also remember not to over tighten and for those who are di wires but new to this make sure you hold the extension coming out of the wall with one hand as you snug up this extension. Aside from that enjoy the closeness of the water.
