When you want to sleep though the night for sure.
This stuff works great. I don't cough or sneeze all night and it gives me the weirdest dreams. Most I can't remember after I wake up but I feel great the next morning.

Finally able to sleep!
Finally able to sleep! Thrilled to finally find something that works and allows me to sleep. The price is steep, but worth it to have something that addresses the issue. That being said, the Amazon price was much better than anything I found in local stores. Taste is strong, but fine. Fill to the fill line on the cup and you're good to go for the whole night. Yay!

Get some rest!
When I can’t sleep due to a head cold this stuff gives enough relief to get some rest. The calming affect feels very good so you can stop stressing over the fact that you’re having so much trouble breathing.
