Super Helpful for Excoriation (Dermatillomania)!
This has been the best solution to help my autistic nephew, who has excoriation (dermatillomania). He was picking at any bumps in his skin constantly, even though he didn't want to. It was like a type of stimming, and he would get frustrated at himself. So we tried this, and it created a super thin, glossy surface that protected the area. Instead of picking a scab, he would just gently feel or touch the spot and move on. It washes off with water, but it doesn't get pealy or itching during the day. It's quite strong, and it has helped a lot!

Works well for me.
Great product. I bought this product because I’m taking blood thinners and on several occasions I’ve nicked my shins on a stick or something while out walking in the woods of something and the tiny wound that would be nothing for most people for me won’t stop bleeding, to the point that my sock becomes socked with blood. I’ve now carry this stuff everywhere with me as it works really well. It’s basically surgical standard super glue. The way I use it is the drop it onto the graze or scratch or what every it is and cover the area. It takes a few minutes to harden off but once hard you’re good to go. It doesn’t come of in the shower or hot baths. It will eventually come off like a normal scab would do after about a week or so. This is just my experience with it as someone who bleeds a lot from very minor injury’s small cuts and scratches etc. I carry it everywhere now.

Works well, once you've got the technique right (read the review and I will tell you all!)
I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I thought it was worth doing. I've now bought this stuff twice, which I guess tells you something. When the weather turns really cold and dry, I suffer from those awful cracks in my fingers that are so annoyingly painful - they take ages to heal, and the slightest knock on one of the cracks opens it up again, and so it goes on. Add to the mix a new puppy, and the inevitable nips and cuts on my hands and it's become almost unbearable. The first time I tried this it worked well enough, and I used it in the expected way, ie I turn the bottle upside down, squeeze it, and use the nozzle to smear the glue over the cut. BUT doing it this way the bottle doesn't last long and to make it worse, the amount of residue left after each use causes the top of the bottle to become totally gunked up, meaning you have even less left in the bottle. The other problem doing it this way is that you apply so much liquid each time that it takes a long time to dry and seal the cut, and can easily stick to your other fingers. Out of desperation during the recent cold weather, I've bought some more, and have now worked out how to get the best from it! To apply the glue, once the bottle is open, BEFORE turning the bottle upside down, I put a toothpick in the end of the bottle, then turn it. As soon as a SMALL amount of the glue is on the stick I put the bottle down and use the stick to apply it to the cut, while gently squeezing it closed. Not only does this keep the bottle cleaner, meaning the glue lasts longer, but it also dries quicker as you are applying less on to your hands each time. So my faith in this is restored, and if you apply it in a couple of layers you get a nice protective coating on your cut. I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 because although I think I've got the hang of it now, I think it is still expensive for what it is (£3-£4 a bottle is nearer what it should cost at the most). I also wonder what health standards this stuff has passed, being made in China!

Great if You're Constantly Slicing Your Finger Tips!
First time using this stuff and it works a treat. Had several knife cuts lately - finger tips - the gushing type that really hurt. Once you manage to stem the flow, this stuff seals it over. If you hate dirty plasters that get in the way then this is the stuff for you. It seems to work well enough even when your fingers get wet, and if needed you can just apply a bit more. I prefer this as unlike a plaster that seems to catch everything, this stuff is much less clumsy. Highly recommended for those that are constantly Freddy Kruegering themselves!

It's ok, does the job
Was looking for the germolene version of this but appears it is no longer available. Wanted this product for small cuts/snags for a 'bleeder' instead of a plaster. First impressions is the tubes are very small. First time used it hard to get out of tube. Tube hard plastic does not squeeze so had to wait for contents to reach/drip through the hole to come out. Have to spread contents with the end if tube so not sure how heigenic it is if wiping over blood. Every time used had to re-pierce the hole for the glue to come out and wait an age for the contents to reach the hole again. Wasted nearly one tube as carried in holiday bag and it turned upside down. Whilst travelling the contents leaked out and by time I realised the top was glued stuck and the escaped content had stuck various things in the medical bag together!. Top does not screw on just pushes on. Lucky had taken a 2nd unopened tube. Worked out expensive having lost one tube after only being used twice. A little disappointing. I'm glad it wasn't near anything expensive when leaking, I.e handbag or near clothing. Advise storing this carefully, upside down with the cap upwards, have a pin handy to clear the hole when need to use. Be patient waiting for the content to emerge as painfully slow coming through the hole and to cover a larger cut. The concept of the product is good and it does work. The film it provides is long lasting. The packaging and how it is dispensed needs much improvement. Still have 2 tubes left (came as pack of 4). However, I will look to see if there is an alternative that dispenses better and less wasteful .

First aid
This stuff is great - see those places plasters don't work eg between fingers - little blob and done, all protected and waterproof. Once healed, it just falls off. A no sting preparation unlike some others I've used.
