The Shimano E-Tube Di2 wire of the 1st Generation plays an important role in assembling your 6770, 6870 or 9070 Di2 group. Without them, you cannot install your Di2 front derailleur, gear lever or battery. Check the size chart on this page for the length, and don't worry about the rest. If you use Ultegra 6770 or 6870 or Dura-Ace 9070, this E-Tube Di2 wire connects all moving parts. The connectors are the same, regardless of the application, so you only need to choose the length that is most suitable.

It’s the vastly expensive cable you need to buy
You want Di2, and you want it cause it works. Unfortunately it’s vastly overpriced. This is a cable that won’t even cost 1p to make. Does what it says, but not sure why third party guys aren’t producing these for a fraction of the price. I can buy a far more complicated IPhone lead for pennies, why not this.

Necessary for Shimano Di2
I’ve you have Shimano Di2, you need these wires. They are expensive for what the are. The connectors are sturdy and stay connected well, never causing me any issues with the 7 wires I have on each bike. If you think about it, at $25 a cable, fitting a bike is almost a $200 proposition just in wires for Di2.
