I have been taking these for a few years now and they really help with sleep and relaxing tense muscles, but also have enormously reduced the heartburn I was getting at night. I’ve noticed that when I take these consistently my resting heart rate is lower and my HRV is higher.

Family love it, two before bed seems to help with sleep cycles than without it. Worth the money to confirm if it helps you or not.

Great product I’ll take them all the time

I'm a quadriplegic who was paralysed in an accident and I'm now confined to a wheelchair.. I don't have much of an appetite so I take all the recommended supplements to insure i stay healthy. I started these supplements 6 months ago, I did find them difficult to swallow so i had to geg them broken in half to swallow them. After 3 months I didn't notice any difference but thought it would take time. That's until one day I was using my commode and my carer made a comment about large white lumps she'd kept seeing in my faeces when she emptying the commode basin down the toilet. A couple of days later and after further inspection, we discovered it was these magnesium tablets. My body had obviously not been able to break them down and they were going straight through me. So I stopped taking them and changed to a different brand that used capsules after my doctor told me they were much easier to be absorbed by the body. I don't know if this has only happened to me, but I would never have known if I wasn't paralysed and have to use a commode!

Best magnesium for daily supplementation. Tablets are a little big so I have to break them before consumption but it's not a big deal. Size is justified given the dose.

This is my go-to on low-energy days. It gives me a nice boost, helps with digestion, and I sleep better when I take it. Works really well for me!

Ce complément alimentaire au magnésium m’a été recommandé par une amie américaine, et je l’adore ! Le prix est intéressant et les effets sont vraiment remarquables : moins de fatigue, plus d’énergie au quotidien, un sommeil de meilleure qualité et plus de douleurs articulaires comme avant. La bouteille est grande, ce qui permet d’avoir la dose pour une longue période, ce qui est très pratique. Le seul petit inconvénient : la gélule est un peu grande et pas très facile à avaler. Malgré cela, c’est devenu un indispensable pour moi, je ne peux plus m’en passer et je le recommande sans hésiter !

Llevo tomando magnesio ya una temporada, y decidí cambiar a este ya que se supone que lleva también Lisina, que me viene de perlas para los herpes labiales, que a veces tengo temporadas en que no acaba de curarse uno y ya está saliendo otro. Para no andar comprando las dos cosas por separado, y aburrida ya de probar de todo para evitar los dichosos herpes, pensé que no tenía nada que perder probando (total, el magnesio lo voy a seguir tomando igual)... Y no sé si es sugestión o no, pero lo cierto es que desde que lo tomo, las dichosas pupas han desaparecido (y ya os digo que sugestión no es, porque con otras mil cosas que he tomado, seguían apareciendo a la más mínima). Cruzo los dedos para que continúe la racha, y ya de entrada, no puedo dejar de recomendarlo a aquellos que padezcan del mismo "mal" y tomen magnesio habitualmente. Igual te ahorras tener que tomar comprar remedios adicionales....

Il primo magnesio dei tanti provati, a non darmi effetti collaterali, ma solo positivi e tangibili. Il prezzo è altino, ma la qualità altrettanto.
