Ryanair 35x20x20 Second Suitcase Hand Luggage Travel Bag

Bought this specifically for a Ryanair flight, and it was perfect. Ryanair only allows non-priority customers to bring one small bag (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) onboard free of charge, and this must be placed at your feet under the seat in front. (If you want to take a cabin bag for the overhead lockers or a hold bag you need to pay extra.) This bag is the right size, and we found it held quite a lot if you pack carefully. Sturdy and well-made, too. Worth buying even if we only use it once.

Bought this for my husband to take on Ryanair as his second smaller bag. Did exactly what it needed to. Carried a surprising amount and although the material is thin it seems to be sturdy. I then used as my "handbag" on a flybe flight. They don't give specific sizes for the smaller bag, just that it must fit under the seat. This fitted perfectly. I found it helpful to put toiletries and electronics in it for easy access at security. Would buy again

I had a lot of difficulty finding a bag that would fit within the dimensions required for a second bag on flights and was so pleased to find this bag. It is small, but it had to be to fit the airline’s allowed dimensions. It gives the full depth allowed of 20 cms which means it will fit a lot more than many bags which had a depth of only 12 or 13 cms - at this size every cm counts. It’s lightweight (equally important when flying with only carry on bags), and the top zip allows easy access. I now travel on long haul flights with a larger cabin bag in the overhead locker, and this bag storing the items I need at hand throughout the flight under the seat in front of me.

Bag itself seems good quality, but the strap on the back goes full length, not as shown in picture. I don't know if this is a fault, or new design, but this means it is too long to hold the bag securely on the trolley and it falls off to the side. There is a way around this by letting one of the handles drop down over the back strap (on the inside of the extending trolley handle) and and then sliding the back strap over the extending trolley handle. This method prevents the bag from slipping to the side. It sounds a bit complicated but once mastered, it works! The tiny padlock supplied is flimsy and the keys are too small for the hole, although with a bit of fiddling the lock will open. However, I can't risk using it in case the lock/key breaks and I have bought a separate padlock that is more suitable. These two things let down what otherwise seems to be a well made bag, and given the faults I am disappointed but not enough to mark the bag right down. Taking everything into account, it is acceptable. Inside there is just one big compartment, and a small zipped pocket on the outside which is not big enough for travel documents/passport etc. My solution has been to put a handbag organiser and separation pouches inside the main compartment, although that comes at an additional cost (and if the bag is locked there is no easy access to travel documents). From my personal viewpoint, it is a bag of compromises, but does the job....and at the end of the day, I am now able to put the 'second bag' on top of my trolley case, making walking along much less cumbersome.

I am flying with Ryanair in July, so in line with their hand luggage policy, I decided to purchase this bag. Last week I used it for a four-night trip to Thessaloniki, flying with Easyjet: I treated this trip as a trial run to see what it would contain. One pair espadrilles, one pair trousers, one pair shorts, two shirts, two T-shirts, four pairs boxers, three pairs trainer socks. Also, plastic bag of toiletries, selfie stick, tablet and charger, sunglasses, and travel document wallet. Very pleased with the result, and am confident that it will be fine for any short summer flights.

Hi everyone, I can only recommend to stay away from this item. Although it is fairly cheap, it is not worth the money at all. I bought this bad not too long ago, and it ripped at the very first journey I had with it (although it was not even fully packed). This was a very unpleasant experience, since I had to carry my items in my hand from airport to airport. I would really appreciate if the seller could get in touch with me as soon as possible to give me a refund on this item. Thanks.

This is perfect to replace my current carry-on bag as it is smaller and therefore encourages me to carry on less! The main reason I bout it was the strap at the back that allows me to slide it over the extended handle of my suitcase so will make it easier to carry in and out of airports. I did knock one star off the sturdiness because the first time I used it I had put a heavyish item in it so it did not sit perfectly on top of the suitcase.

es la tercera bolsa que compro igual y estoy encantada, primero compre 2 para un viaje en pareja y nos resultaron muy comodas, hacen más almacenaje de lo que aparentan y para poner bajo el asiento de ryanair son perfectas, tan contenta quedé con ellas que para otro viaje que tenemos esta vez con más gente he comprado otra igual para todos los miembros de la familia. buen producto, buenas cremalleras, muy buen precio.

Je viens de recevoir ce produit, je ne l'ai pas encore testé, mais il est parfaitement conforme aux normes demandées par la compagnie aérienne que je vais prendre pour un 2e bagages à main. Il est très bien fait et me paraît solide.

Le misure sono leggermente più piccole di quelle imposte dalle compagnie aeree , quindi sto tranquilla di non avere multe per eccesso di dimensioni. La borsa è solo per uso di valigia, non è di certo decorativa. Ma quando si viaggia, non si guarda l’aspetto esteriore del bagaglio. Materiale molto leggero. Si piega ed occupa poco spazio. Forma rettangolare, quindi può contenere molti oggetti. Ha soltanto una piccola cerniera esterna, per chiavi o poco più. Internamente non ha tasche. Ha tre tipi di manici ( tracolla, manici corti, manico laterale) Il prezzo è basso, ma l’utilità di questa borsa è superiore. Lo ricomprerei : in casa si devono avere bagagli di più dimensioni.
