Perfect for Keto diet. These are small slices of bread but I’d rather this so I can control carbs and calories better. Taste is very nice if you like seeded bread and toasts far better than other Keto breads. Good quality bread.

I am on the the ketogenic diet to help with my epilepsy, and it’s not easy trying to control your daily intake of carbs so when I saw how many people liked this keto bread I thought I would give it a go it arrived this morning just in time for me to try for breakfast I had it toasted and I enjoyed it but I thought I shall try it again for lunch which I did with some tuna and mayonnaise and I fully enjoyed my lunch. For keto bread it’s very filling and tasty 😋 and only 0.3 carbs really good quality pity about the price, even my dietitian said the same thing when I told her about the tasty keto bread I had got today 🤣

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, the loaves are compact. Those are the cons. But I find that even though they are small in dimension, they are nonetheless filling so they do last a while. I have a daily sandwich and the two loaves lasted me over 2 weeks. More importantly, as a Type 1 diabetic, I have FINALLY found a bread that I can eat that doesn't spike my blood sugar. Miraculous! And I do enjoy the taste. Especially with the seeded bread, you feel like you're getting enough to eat.

This bread is great. It's a middle option, good quality for reasonable cost, there's better bread but it's crazy expensive. Customer service is 10/10 brilliant. They do help with orders gone wrong. But - Sadly, I'm done with trying to order this bread. Royal mail is useless and they don't deliver and don't notify me. I only find out by opening Amazon app and finding out too late the item is not going to be delivered till I set a new date in two days time. RIDICULOUS for bread delivery. That's it, no more. I don't have time to keep dealing with this.

Love the taste, perfect replacement for regular bread. shame I'll never buy another one as they're tiny loafs, about half the size as a supermarket loaf making them more expensive than gold pound for pound.

Don't think I've ever felt compelled to write a review on amazon, but just had to write one for this bread! Absolute game changer for me on keto diet. Lunches at work are so simple now, and the bread is extremely tasty and filling. Slices look small, but they are so filling that two slices make a really satisfying sandwich. Also makes a mean eggy bread! Only downside as with all keto products is the price, but this is so good that you can almost overlook it. Given that some people spend £4/5 on sandwiches and coffee whilst at work, this isn't really that bad value. I've had 8 loaves so far and they have always reminded fresh and never take me out of ketosis. Just to add, I've just ordered this direct from the supplier and £4.50 per loaf, so much cheaper than amazon price!

Comes with two small loafs. Taste is ok but a little dry. Very small pieces but not thinly sliced. 100% overpriced at $10 a loaf when better can be found on the economy for $3 a loaf with slightly more carbs be 1 carb per slice. One of the lighter carb breads I have found though with 0.3. Overall high price point for ok low carb bread.
