Q: Hi, i'm an indian (brown skin tone ... slightly on the dusky side) with very dark undereye circles. i also have dry skin. would this work?

Not sure but it's more of a rusty orange colour almost red, didn't work for me and my dark circles are awful, I find a yellow works better but nothing completely covers them, it depends what colour your dark circles are like if they have a blue tone or purple etc, google colour wheel and then pick the colour most like your under eyes then the colour opposite that is the colour you want to use to colour correct.
