I bought this to cut stone tiles in my kitchen. I only had to cut tile for an 24" section and around 3 outlets, (a total of 18 tiles). I didn't want to buy or rent a tile saw or tile cutter. When I researched how to cut tile without a saw or cutter, I was excited to see that I could do it with my handy dandy Dremel tool! I found this little gem. A friend told me to order more than one, but I only got one because it is a bit pricey. It is worth every penny! It was way cheaper and easier for me to buy this and the mandrel to go with it than it is to buy or rent a tile saw/cutter. Like someone else had said, it cut through the tile like butter. I couldn't be happier with how this handled. From what my friend said, I expected it to break on me halfway through. You have to let the Dremel do the work, and use a good amount of water to keep it from getting hot. I'm very happy this purchase, it helped me finish the small job and there still seems to be a lot of life left in it.

It's a "large" cutting disc for a Dremel. It deals with fairly high revs no problem (I didn't try to cut with it flat out, I can't imagine that woiuld be a good idea). It cut through stone with no issues. I anticipate I'll be able to cut quite a bit with it before I need to replace it. The only downside is that it's quite expensive.

I purchased this to make a few cuts in porcelain tile. I don’t cut tile often so there’s no need for a saw. This worked great, I kept a steady stream of water flowing to avoid overheating and had no issues. I made scores on the front and back sides of the tile and was able to snap it with no problem. I made two 26” long cuts approximately 1/8” deep each, and two 12” long cuts in the same depth and noticed no dulling in the wheel as far as performance goes, however I did notice slight physical wear. Would absolutely purchase again.

Cut right through porcelain tile without much difficulty. GREAT for tricker spots like cutting around door jams. Almost necessary when you have to repair tiles. I had no real problems but it does take some finesse to get it right. I feel it does dull down after some time and use; I've got 20 tiles or so and I think it is duller now. Overall, good product. EZ lock works and much easier to use.

My house had an old Microwave, with decorative backslash going all the way to it. Unfortunately, the height of the microwave was so small there were only 2 choices for replacement. So with a little research I found this blade for my Dremel and decided to give it a shot. It worked perfectly, I couldn't be happier with Dremel right now as I now have hundreds of microwave choices. Measure twice, make sure it's level, mark your line with pencil, goggles and dust mask (100% required), use a suction vacuum right in front of the cutting blade to grab all the dust and make for easy cleanup, go slow over the same area until through the tile (you can tell), peal off wall with a thin scraper. Really happy I did this job myself. It wasn't hard at all, the only thing I wish I could have added before doing it is the gizmo which lets you use the tool at a different angle. But I still made a perfect cut across with no difficulty

I used this diamond wheel to trim installed wall tiles during a recent bathroom remodel. I used it dry with a vacuum to collect the dust. It worked great and shows very little wear.
