Solgar quality for health defence
Cheaper than local chemist but price keeps going up. Product quality is very good as it's Solgar, it's a little difficult to swallow. Overall I feel this is better than ordinary Vit C and has made a difference to my defences throughout this past year.

Easy to swallow, no negative side effects
For anyone wondering, these are pretty big (maybe about an inch long and fairly wide). They are really easy to swallow and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste, but it's worth noting if you have any aversion to large pills! I've never really been one for supplements, but have been struggling with joint pain a lot over the last few months, so decided to give vitamin C a go and see if that would help. These have definitely helped strengthen my joints a bit and, maybe a coincidence, but my skin's actually cleared up too since starting these (I have tried a plain ester c supplement and didn't have that result, so guessing that's from the extras). I also have a little more energy. My stomach is prone to playing up so I have to be careful with diet and supplements, but these have caused absolutely no problem

Gentle long lasting Vitamin C
Picked this up for the immune boost. Ester-C is meant to be gentler on the stomach and longer-lasting. No weird aftertaste, and I haven’t caught a cold yet – though I’m not giving it all the credit.

Es un suplemento que merece mucho la pena. Yo lo tomo a temporadas, sobre todo en los inviernos para fortalecer el sistema inmune. Y la calidad de esta marca es muy buena, confío mucho.

Kesinlikle normal c vitaminlerine göre daha çabuk etkisini gösteriyor ve daha fazla enerji veriyor. Solgar kalitesi zaten belli. Tek dezavantajı tabletler çok büyük. Arkadaşımda jelatin kapsüllü olanı vardı, o versiyondan da gelirse çok iyi olur.
