Title does sound dramatic I know but it’s true! I have hayfever that’s quite mild but also dust mite allergies which can be horrendous at night. I can suddenly wake up with my nose completely blocked which is annoying enough but the tickle in my throat with the involuntary swallows is a big problem because I have progressive MS and my throat has a bad habit of going into spasm easily. The salt spray both unbungs my nose and stops the irritating tickle. I do everything I possibly can with bedroom and bedding to reduce exposure and take a daily antihistamine but I still have to sleep with both beconase and salt spray next to me. The Beconase does work a treat but I try to save it for when I really need it, as the amount I would actually need it for would probably cause side effects from overusing it. There have been times on a really bad night I’ve nearly needed the whole days dose to be able to breathe through my nose again. Im happy I can use as much salt spray as I need to get some relief without having to worry about overuse or side effects although I’ve recently improved my symptoms at night by adding in a barrier spray before I go to sleep which I wish I’d tried years ago! I literally have one either about my person or within a few metres at all times! My only complaint is they are a bit expensive but they do last quite a while.

Very helpful in the fight against high pollen counts. Non aerosol so better for the planet and better for the person. Easy to use, convenient size.

Easier to use than other versions by Sterimar. Does not cure a hayfever runny nose but does help with a stuffy nose.

Bought this spray due to a continual runny nose...I mean...a box of tissues everyday.....this maybe due to hayfever...which I don't normally suffer from....or having a new kitten in the house....either way....a few squirts...and couple of days later....no runny nose...and been clear since purchasing....whatever was my issue ..this spray cleared it in a couple of days....can only give it 11-10...exactly what I needed....so an extremely happy buyer....

It does not give me the relief I need...i have rhinitis so maybe for other people will be more effective 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love this spray! I’ve used it for the past two years and it always helps when my sinuses flare up and I have facial pain. I was initially prescribed a steroid spray which only helped a little bit, so I was given the option to use a stronger spray and I declined, instead looking for a natural alternative. This is exactly that. A sea salt spray that I can use whenever I have sinus pain. It’s easy to use and the instructions are simple - one or two sprays in each nostril. Within 10 minutes, my sinus pain eases dramatically and I can get on with my day. The only issue I have? The price. It’s too expensive in my view and I wish it was cheaper, but the spray does work really well!

Bought it last minute realising I was about to stay a week in a place where I'm always bothered by dust mite allergy. First couple of days were a bit rocky but by the end of the week I felt comfortable and was not bothered by allergy much. I did use the spray at least 3-4 times a day, more often if I felt symptoms reappearing. I used to buy a more expensive prescription spray in the past which was very good but not ideal either so I guess I can just stick to this one, especially if I can buy it at discounted Subscribe&Save price which I did. No idea if this would help with pollen, I'm only allergic to dust mites and cat hair. I'm giving this spray 4 stars out of 5, would give 5 if it worked straight away from the 1st day. Or am I asking too much?
