There is no flavour. Tablets easy to swallow. I buy Solgar because you can rely on them always being good quality, if not cheap. You get what you pay for.

Useful for if you suffer nosebleeds. Arrives in a glass bottle which is bubble wrapped. Easy size to swallow, only 1 a day needed. Very good value for money. Probably worth taking with vitamin K2 as Vitamin K1 is involved in blood coagulation, and vitamin K2 benefits bone and heart health.

I have tried other derivative vit k all give me wired feeling .I know i have to do something about my calcium cholesterol deposits as my blood pressure rockets. i started with my blader that became painfull due to sludge and bought enzyme( all i buy is without silicone dioxide as this is the culprit in many people causing all sorts of things especially if you are molybdenum low.,anyway i looked and found this and gave it a try, i was waiting for that weird reaction ,but guess what? none, i was inclined to take another one but searched and found that this 100mcg is double the requirement so i was ok with it. I first took it with d3 500mcg and omega3,noticed a bit of a cooling sensation and pleasant tingling in my back and fingers so i believe it started to work already. I am surprized to find something that works for me. Good luck!

Use it every day and it’s a good product

I take Vitamin K as it helps with blood clotting and if you suffer from conditions such as Pernicious Anaemia and just being old, then this is helpful but the proviso as with all things CONSULT your GP before taking. Do not rely on recommendations of friends and family. However this is about my third bottle and I find the annoying side-effects of PA are less marked when I’m taking my Vitamin K.

Pasrtilla pequeña, fácil de tomar. El hecho de que sea un solo comprimido/día la hace ideal. No altera al estómago y su composición es extraoridnaria, teniendo en cuneta lo dificl que es encontrar esta vitamina,

tengo unos gatos callejeros que les doy de comer y comen por ahi ratones que comieron raticida y vienen los gatos tocados, les doy una buena dosis de esta vitamina durante unos dias y se soluciona el problema, hay que darles muchas pastillas de cada vez porque es una concentracion muy baja para el envenenamiento ya que estan pensadas para otra cosa, la vitamina K1 es un coagulante de sangre y evita la hemorragia producida por el raticida, si no mejora hay que ir al veterinario, y dar tambien carbon activado ( por envenenamiento se suelen dar 2,5 a 5 mg por kilo de peso y estaas pastillas son de 100 microgramos que equivale a 0,1miligramos

Es difícil saber si funciona, creo que sí que ayuda algo más que solo tratamiento tópico, si quieres que mejora un hematoma
