Excellent quality Vitamin D3 helped clear up my deficiency. My level was 7. It takes time and perseverance to get D3 numbers up.I used to take 2x the dose for a year until my levels were finally back in the higher range. I'm maintaining now, 1 pill a day. It helps with energy, clarity and over all well being. If I forget to take it, I can tell. Take it and build up your levels for about a year if deficient. It does not contain soy and that makes a difference!

I love that Amazon is carrying Puritan's Pride products! Found them in the 80's and have used them ever since. My yearly bloodwork has improved, and we believe it is due to getting enough vitamins and minerals through Puritan products. Easy to take. I had bloodwork to measure my Vit D level when taking a good name brand sold at Costco. It didn't even register the vitamin in my system. When I switched to Puritan's Pride, my measurable Vit D in my blood is perfect. Living in Alaska, that's IMPORTANT! Well worth the money.
