Q: Can this be used as a bath toy?

My daughter received this for Christmas and the very first time she used it in the water it completely stopped working! I feel this is FALSE advertising saying it’s okay to dip in water, but dipping it in water breaks it 😖 a little upset because my daughter loves this Barbie and is so upset she doesn’t light up anymore..

Q: Can you remove the tail and use as a regular barbie?

No the barbie has no legs. It's all one piece. You do have to attach the fin when arrives.

Q: The battery is not effected if you put this in the water?

Ours stopped working about a month after we got it. Batteries had corroded/leaked. Replacing the batteries didn't help.
