Delivered in time, well packaged, properly sealed. About the product itself: it is hard to say objectively, as it is very individual. What works for one, does not work for the other. I use primrose capsules for a while now, and believe they help with my PMS and premenstrual symptoms. However, it is hard to say for sure, as I use other supplements alongside primrose oil.

I love these - wouldn't be without them now! Already on my second order. I got them to help with PMS and I have to say I have noticed the difference and so has my partner! And a bonus is that they help clear your skin too! I have trouble swallowing capsules but these are so easy and slightly smaller than some so haven't had a problem.

I have suffered from mild eczema for 40+ years. Diet changes, topical creams, allergy tests, nothing has worked long term in curing it.
