So far these are great. It's hard to find a b12 that my body will tolerate. I woke up alert and it's normally hard for me to wake up. I feel like it has cleared the brain fog I had. So wonderful to feel mentally alert. Looking forward to long term results and I will update the results.

I have an MTHFR AG variant with a folate bottleneck. This adeno B12 is one I can actually tolerate without feeling overly stimulated or getting a flare up of tinnitus. Very happy with. Pleasant tasting and dissolves easily under tongue .

Alright, so i am very experienced with taking B vitamins, i eventually found out that i cannot absorb B's very well so my acupuncturist put me on B12 with Intrinsic factor. There is a particular brand i buy on amazon that she sells in her office. However! i found that now and again i am searching for the ultimate B concoction that will give me the energy i remember having in my youth. B12 with Intrinsic Factor gets absorbed in some where down in the gut/intestines. So i liked that because it was the only thing that didn't make me sick and seemed to improve my absorption/energy, alot of the B vit's give me a negative reaction. However i found that even this was not really helping me alot in the energy department. So recently i stumbled across information on Adenosylcobalamin, whew knew! never heard of it before, so i read up on it and bought some and immediately started taking it. Oh i could tell in the first 24hrs that this was working extremely well. I've been taking this since 3/2/2020 and each day just kept getting better. I feel good, i have a ton of energy, like i did when i was young. I workout 4-5 days a wk with ease now because i don't have to mentally push myself to get through it cuz i was just tired (mentally and physically tired). I don't have sleep issues, i sleep very well, i just HAD energy issues. I actually thought it was my thyroid so i was taking supplements for that and my adrenals, while it did help a little as well, this particular product just really took my energy to the next level. I still am taking the other B because i want to take both the A and M form of B12, as my research indicated that was the correct thing to do. I'm very impressed and will absolutely be taking both from here on out. In the morning I put two or 3 small pills under my tongue and let them dissolve. About lunch time or early afternoon i put another two under my tongue n let them dissolve. I can just tell you that energy issues are no longer a problem for me now, and i'm so thankful to have found this product. I might also point out that while i have zero problems getting to sleep, i used to be ready for bed around 9:30-10 but now, i'm just literally not tired (and i'm totally ok with that), so it's more like 10:30-11 when i'm ready for bed with no problems falling off to sleep. I'm not wired, i don't toss n turn b4 i can fall asleep, i don't feel anything negative it just gives me whatever my liver needs to give me a continuous flow of energy. (This product goes straight to the liver to be used how it deems necessary. Our livers actually make Adenosylcobalamin but if it is bogged down cleaning and doing other 'stuff' then the liver doesn't have the time to make this form of B to readily use to help it perform it's many functions. So this is ready made for the liver to use which helps it greatly, and energy is a by-product of one of it's uses). I am also calmer, i can relate to the other reviewer that used the word 'grounded', i agree. My thinking seems clearer as well. I couldn't be more thankful for having stumbled across this LONG word!!! LOL

This is an excellent B-12 option for someone with Pernicious Anemia. I was diagnosed a few years ago, and of course put on B-12 injections. I still had tingling in the back of my neck, occasional feeling of spaciness/floating, and extreme thirst as well.I started researching my optimal B-12 and based on my DNA, found that I should take a combination of Hydroxy B-12 and Adeno B-12. I've since discontinued my injections, and started alternating days taking the Hydroxy and Adeno B-12. The tingling in my neck is now gone, as well and the spaciness/floating. My thirst now seems normal as well. Another benefit I noticed is that I'm sleeping much better now and also dreaming more. I feel as if I'm thinking more clearly now too. This sub-lingual dissolves slowly under my tongue, and tastes great too.

Very helpful for MTHFR. If you are unfortunate enough to have bought into the PPI bandwagon hopefully you've ditched the death pills and are on the mend. I got off of them two years ago and am still recovering via diet and supplements. I was SO sick from anemia related to B12 deficiency that I have required IRON INFUSIONS. Yes, that's what happy go lucky people who take proton pump inhibitors for a decade end up with. So part of my regimen is these lozenges. Careful because they have xylitol which can give some people diarrhea bc it's a sugar alcohol. I wish I had known it did, bc I don't want ANY sugar alcohols even in tiny amounts (yeah some dentists tout it as a cavity fighter, I don't buy into that particular lie--please don't load me up with comments about how fab it is). Good product other than that.

This is exactly what I was looking for. They dissolve quickly and are the right form of B12 I need. Notice an energy boost right away.

Try not to go a day without it I can feel it when I don’t take it, but when I do, I feel more like me.
