very disappointed

Great touchscreen monitor, especially as I purchased a used model from Amazon for a lot less than the list price. Touchscreen functionality with Windows 10 is smooth and responsive. I have it connected to a gas powered arm via the Vesa connector on the back. There is quite a lot of flex in the plastic around the 4 screws but seems to be strong enough when moving the screen around. Just be aware of the older video connections as shown in the images (i.e. No HDMI or Displayport)

Good clear screen, the touch element of it does everything Windows allows it to do and did it straight out of the box on Windows 8.The only issue I've had so far is that I wanted to use it as a secondary screen, but for some reason I can't get the touch stuff to work on it when it is set to be a secondary screen. I have not spent any time working out whether this can be sorted.

The picture quality is incredible, it made me realise how manky my old monitor was. I can use the mouse or touch screen as and when I like, that's excellent too!

For the price the functionality is all you need as a control for web base video/sound controller

this touchscreen works well, just unpack, plug in and away you go. great HD quality. nothing confusing to deal with, very good
