Good quality use carefully - Supports hair growth for sure
Niacin the flushing type (this one) is better then non-flushing type. The flush is the helpful part, boosts circulation. I combine it with the Taoist soap for hair, to help boost my hair growth. But it helps all kinds of things related to circulation. Start low dose, and increase dose very slowly, every 7 days. Like 50mg first week, 100mg second week, 200mg 3rd week and so on - till you reach 500mg a day (be aware of the flush), then buy the bigger capsule size - taking this long term helps all kinds of things. buy the niacin book on amazon - has all the studies and experiments done on it - but don't go higher then 500mg. More is not always better.

Awesome. Mitochondria wake-up! Made me go red!
I take It for the benefits, so a red, flushed skin (lasts 20 mins or so) let’s me know it’s working at the cellular level. Don’t take this if you are expecting guests or going out soon after ingesting as the effects can kick in some time later! (depending if you take it with food) So don’t be afraid of the prickly, red skin and following chill. It’s normal and will wear off. Look up healing with Niacin. Quality seems great and appreciate the best little capsules that are easy to swallow. Thank you : )

The flush is a must!
The flush helps with my hives and will stops the itching instantaneously. I sincerely believe it was this 'flush' that lessened my hives over the years and I recommend it to anyone with same problem. I get hives when I feel too cold or too hot (Cold Urticaria) The flush is not uncomfortable and lasts for about 20 mins. I take 50mg of Vitamin B every day as a mood booster and the niacin on an empty stomach when the need arises. The body does get used to the Niacin so dosage depends on each individual. B vitamins are water vitamins so the body does not keep anything it doesn't need - so taking too much is not an issue. Highly recommend. Brilliant product.

Fixed my triglyceride levels
These are not lovely things to take: they will produce a "flush", meaning your skin will feel like it's burning up and may also start to itch. The effect can last maybe 10 or 15 minutes. However: I had high cholesterol and high triglyceride levels. I was put on statins. Those brought my cholesterol levels back into normal range, but they left my triglyceride levels untouched. The doctor recommended more exercise, less alcohol, more fatty fish. Well, instead I took one of these a day for about a month and went back to the doctor get new triglyceride readings taken: my levels had plunged from over 6 to 1.2, which is perfectly normal. The increased exercise and alcohol reduction remains planned, but not imminent! I've been taking one of these a day ever since. They did for me what I was advised could only be achieved by "lifestyle changes". As I say, they are not the nicest to take, but I recommend them to anyone concerned with persistently bad blood fat levels -though, of course, I'm not a doctor and this isn't medical advice!

No doubt it worked
Niacin (the one with flush! no Niacinamide or so called "flush-free Niacin") is very useful to lower cholesterol level. I used this product for about 4-5 months (now I'm using it again) and it helped me A LOT. In May 2017 my levels were: 1) LDL 151 (mg/dl) 2) HDL 35 (mg/dl) 3) TOTAL 202 (mg/dl) I started taking ONE capsule each meal (50 mg X 3 = 150 mg a day), after one month I switched to TWO capsules each meal (100 mg X 3 = 300 mg). Another month passed and I finally switched to THREE capsules each meal (150 mg X 3 = 450 mg) and maintained for two more months. These are my actual cholesterol levels: 1) LDL 112 (mg/dl) 2) HDL 40 (mg/dl) 3) TOTAL 180 (mg/dl) I've never, I mean NEVER, had in my life LDL level at 112, always over 140. Of course a good diet works, but I'm pretty sure most of help came from this product. Side effect: FLUSH. Yeah, flush. You get it about 70%-80% of times (in the very beginning probably 95% of times). Especially my neck burned and got hot but, honestly, WHO CARES. It's just a few minutes (7-8 minutes) and NO WAY IT'S PERMANENT. My advice is to take it on a full stomach. Such a shame they don't sell it in larger boxes (180 capsules or even 270). Anyway, prove it! It's cheap, if it doesn't work for you, you're only wasting 10 dollars/euros.

Yes but no...
The amount of star is not quite accurate and I have to explain why, It is vitamin B3 and would probably do what it says on the tin BUT the effect were so strong ( I litterally though I was gonna pass out) that I had to stop taking it. So yes it a good problem I think but no i would not recommend it.

The correct form of niacin central to cellular performance
This is definitely the form of vitamin B3 to take, I do not get the intracellular detoxification from niacinamide, I do from this nicotinic acid at much lower doses. Currently on 200mg I get the flush but it's just a red face, not much else, but I know it detoxifies because not long after my dose I get a good clear out in the bathroom, followed by increased mental clarity and calmness. I have tried up to 2000mg niacinamide and do not get such effective detox for whatever reason. The correct form of niacin, which this is, supports NADH. Red blood cells and mitochondria cannot balance hormones without this enzyme since it directly produces progesterone from cholesterol, hence it simultaneously lowers LDL and the risk of heart disease. NADH is also central to methylation in the liver. You cannot absorb folate and B12 without a high level of NADH. Genes are not something to mess with, and this niacin should protect against damaged DNA/overmethylation when started a methyl b vitamin protocol. Healthy red blood cells and mitochondria ensure that ATP in the brain, kidneys, heart, lungs, and liver are maintained in order to recycle ADP and transport magnesium and glutathione into cells for maintenance. Therefore as an anti-aging supplement it has to be the backbone of a protocol since ATP is our life force, and most degenerative diseases stem from ATP depletion in one or more organs as anti-oxidant supply loses it's recycling due to age-dependent hypothyroidism. Finally, niacin has been shown to protect against high levels of phosphates (since it helps recycle ADP back into ATP). High phosphates are a risk factor for kidney disease and calcification of organs and arteries.
