I use this to preserve my homemade hair gel
I have been using this in my homemade hair gels and it works perfectly on my senitive skin and also others around me. I add less than 1% in every batch - around about 0.8%. I would recommend

Value ingredients to skin product
If you like doing your own skin product, this is the right thing to used. It helps preserves your body products for longer term of use and from going off, stop bacteria going into the products, that causes damage to all skin type.

Needs a better bottle cap
It's fine but a tiny amount had leaked out of the bottle. The bottle itself was sealed in plastic wrap so it didn't go anywhere else, and the amount that leaked was so small I wouldn't have noticed except that the phenoxyethanol dissolved the ink on the bottle label. I had this happen once with a bottle of isopropyl alcohol sent in the post too from a different company. So just a general thing that could be done better when posting liquids. Got this to use as a preservative in cosmetic formulations but also tried adding a bit to a DIY houseplant spray. Thought it might be okay seeing as some plants produce it naturally. But no it wasn't and now I don't have any leaves on my houseplants so I don't recommend using it on plants.

Works well and has preserved my serum for nearly 3 weeks now
The product should last me a very long time as most recipes only call for 1% of preservative. I used this as preservative in my homemade hyaluronic acid face serum and it has worked well so far (just over 3 weeks) stored at room temperature.

Great product. poor packaging
This product is exactly what I need. Unfortunately the packaging was poor and the bottle spilled open and leaked over the packaging. No way to get in touch with Amazon who packaged and delivered. In future ill buy direct from the supplier.

Good costumer service and product.
This product got contaminated with the Myrrh essential oil which leaked inside the box where it was in but otherwise, it’s great and most of all I had my refund straight away. Thank you so much. I will buy again and highly recommended.
