Excellent product. Very effective in reducing stiffness and joint pain. It didn't work immediately but after 2 weeks I noticed a big difference.

Turmeric is an excellent choice to help any inflammation and pain in the joints. Taken regularly it has made a big difference to the pain my knee.

Amazing product so happy I found this brand. I have been buying turmeric capsules from my local pharmacy in the hope that they would help my achey joints and tiredness. I felt no different and after doing some research I found out its because they didn’t have black pepper in. This brand is cheaper, has more turmeric in and has black pepper and ginger to help the turmeric work and they are certified organic. They also don’t have magnesium sterate and silicon in which I researched and have no health benefits, they are only put into the capsules to make them easier to be made, so I wont buy any supplements with them in anymore. I have only been taking for a week but I am already feeling like my joints are less achey and I feel like I want to move more. Great brand that knows what they are doing with turmeric, I wish I found them sooner. I am happy to recommend these

used for my aging dog along with synergy vitamin C and also manuka honey tablet. I cant say which exactly works and suspect all of them (after an auful lot of reading over 26 years of dog ownership whilst always treating naturally whenever possible) all I can say is my dog as elbow diplacia and was facing a bleak future (one of the most unsuccessful conditions to treat in large breeds) after 5&1/2 weeks on anti-inflamatories and pain killers, no response, I started on turmeric (read up, the results are great guys) synergy vitamin C (very natural but admittedly not the cheapest make... I use all the synergy products and think they are the most natural and I get superb results from them myself so wouldn't use anything else on my dog because of this) and lastly the manuka honey tablet (as I cant get my dog to take manuka honey, and also this wouldn't be good or long term use for his teath to be honest either) after 3-4 days of NATURAL treatment, all the symptoms of the elbow displacia disappeared; the (very expensive indeed!!!!) hospital was simply disbelieving that he didn't need further treatment; I almost got a borderline rude response why I wasn't going back to treat my dog; he didn't need to!! when no symptoms are being showed, there is absolutely no need. well, that was 18 months ago when my GSD was 8, and now he is 10, still no signs or symptoms of the elbow displacia and still on the natural products. if I stop the 3 products for any reason, within normally 3-7 days, the symptoms come back; within 2-3 days of starting the products, t goes away again; I have tested stopping the products approx. 3 times (travelling without them), and each time, this happens. always make sure you get the turmeric with pepper I think it is, as it greatly helps absorbtion of the product, which I know when I ordered this one has. hope this helps!!!

Excellent product

I received the turmeric capsules promptly and am taking them. I did not want to review the product when I had only been taking them 5 or 6 days and if I had you would have got 3 stars for excellent service but no noticeable effect. However I seem to have experienced some kind of "tipping point" in the turmeric's efficacy. My review is as follows:- I am 65, people say I look about 55 but I say I feel about 75 due to my arthritic knees. I have tried , I thought, every recommended supplement under the sun, all of which failed to halt the steady deterioration over the last 7 years. I play golf and recently have been struggling to finish, but afterwards is the worst, when I stiffen up and literally struggle to get out of a chair or put my shoes on. I have seen a consultant, who says I have little cartilage on the inside of my knees due to osteoarthritis and that I would probably need new knees in the not too distant future. I explained that the pain in my knees was quite low value but that the stiffness and immobility of my hamstrings and tendons was crippling. He said a knee replacement would "probably" fix that. A few weeks later I played golf and on leaving the club an hour later could hardly walk across the car park and had to use my trouser leg to lift my right leg into the car! On getting home my wife was shocked and we used heat treatment and Voltarol to relieve the pain and inflammation. Now here's the good bit. My wife said "I've heard turmeric helps with inflammation." I said I'd tried everything and nothing has ever worked but in desperation I looked on Amazon, chose your product because it looked the best to me and ordered a bottle. I held out little hope of any effect! Now to the tipping point I mentioned. After about 8 or 9 days I thought "ligaments not as stiff, legs feel quite relaxed, Naah!" Then I played a round of golf and thought "not feeling as bad, walking better, Naah!" Then after the round I got up to leave and realised my legs weren't stiff and when I got home my wife noticed I wasn't half-crippled like normally. I couldn't quite believe it but now another week later I can report either I am having either the biggest placebo effect or your product is a genuine wonder product and of course its the second one! I have played 3 rounds of golf since then with no significant stiffness following them and my ligaments and legs feel relaxed and dare I say almost normal. I feel seriously much better and yes my knees give a little pain (I have seen the xrays) but this is almost miraculous to me and I put it down to somehow controlling inflammation. Thanks for your excellent customer service but especially your product. I recommend it strongly. It's the only thing that's worked for me and has taken away extreme stiffness, immobility and pain in my legs which replacement knees may not solve. In short, if I knew the company was going bust I'd buy all the stock!

Ich habe bereits verschiedene Produkte ausprobiert, jedoch gefällt mir dieses am besten, da diese Kapseln vergleichsweise höher dosiert sind als andere auf dem Markt und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend ist. Kurkuma ist ein toller, natürlicher Entzündungshemmer und hat mir persönlich geholfen, mich besser zu fühlen.

Kurkuma ist ein toller natürlicher Entzündungshemmer und ich kann bereits jetzt einen Unterschied spüren seit ich angefangen habe die Kapseln einzunehmen. Ich möchte keine Schmerztabletten mehr nehmen und habe eine Menge darüber gelesen wie Kurkuma diese ersetzen kann. So weit bin ich wirklich beeindruckt und werde definitiv bald mehr bestellen!

Schmerzen sind quälend, können jedoch oft gut behandelt werden, u.a. Als pflanzliches Schmerzmittel Kurkuma ohne Suchtgefahr.

Ich nehme seit einem Jahr Kurkuma Kapseln und habe schon verschiedene ausprobiert. Die positive Wirkung von Kurkuma ist ja erwiesen und ich empfinde es auch so, sonst hätte ich die Einnahme längst abgebrochen. Nebenwirkungen konnte ich bisher noch bei keinem der Produkte feststellen. Dieses hier ist höher dosiert und darum vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eines der günstigeren Produkte. Von daher von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Was ich mir noch wünschte, wäre eine Kapsel mit hochdosierten Ingwer-, Kurkuma- und Astragalus-Extrakt in einem zu einem fairen Preis. Hier habe ich bisher leider noch nix einigermaßen Gutes gefunden.

Tolles Produkt! Ich bin absolut zufrieden, schon nach einer Woche haben sich meine Knieschmerzen deutlich verbessert. Zusätzlich fühle ich mich insgesamt einfach energiegeladener. Extra Pluspunkt dafür, dass Ingwer und Pfeffer mit enthalten sind, was die Aufnahme für den Körper erleichtert.
