I always ask my mom to put it on me and vice versa. You apply it to your hair evenly. I prefer to part my hair in 4 parts, then apply the product with a thin brush used for applying dye. After it's all over you hair you can cover it with a plastic cap. Leave on for 30 minutes. Then rinse, but not throughly but enough that the treatment is not stuck on your hair or scalp. Do rollers or blow dry. Then use the flat iron. The following week, wash your hair throughly, do rollers or blow dry. No need to flat iron at this point. Do that only if desired.
