Best MCT oil I've tried so now I only get this one. I use it to supplement my keto diet - stir a tsp into my morning coffee to give me a kick to start the day and that's all I need as I've been keto for many years now. If I ever get out of ketosis (like a holiday or hospital stay where I can't eat keto for a week or two) I use this 3x a day to boost ketones while I get back on track and I don't get many of the 'keto flu' symptoms like you would if you had to start keto again from scratch without this. I also use green tea x a day when I need a ketone boost and that helps too. Staying hydrated is also important. But yeah, 100% love this - great size, lasts ages, great quality, zero taste or smell, if you're starting out you might get a few stomach cramps the first few days but that will likely pass away quickly, I had no side effects at all tbh, brilliant value for money!

So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. I can honestly say hand on heart, since the first day of trying and taking this I have continued to take this every day and have noticed a phenomenal difference from day 1 of taking this. I have been on this C8 MCT Oil for the last 6 months. It has not only helped me to lose nearly 2 stone as part of staying in ketosis and the keto diet, but it has helped me physically and mentally. I have alot more energy in the day. Alot more !!!!!!!! And I notice a massive difference if I dont take the MCT oil. To a detrimental effect in that I struggle to get through the day and have alot less energy. Before this I was completely bedridden with servere pain and chronic fatigue syndrome, however I now carry out my day to day activities with ease and iam up and about like any other person. I usually take it in the morning within a fat keto coffee to start my day to boost my energy and to set me up for the day, but like noted above you can also use this to help with mental clarity, concentration and focus as well as improve sports performance. Product seems ok, no side effects so far. Just that I paid extra for a glass bottle but received a plastic one. Will give a proper product review on future orders, I’ll see how this one goes.

Good quality Mct oil

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me. Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.

Ok I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was waiting to write a review as it did work immediately from the first time I took it but I wanted to be sure that the effect of not being hungry would last because I am a woman that has cycles of being ravenous some weeks and other weeks normally hungry so I waited and the verdict is: fabulous! I started on small dose and I use a siringe that I dip into the bottle and then dip into the coffe so that it doesn't spill in neither and I still take only about 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the late afternoon as I noticed that if I take more I start having little discomfort. But I am confident I could slowly up that dose and in any case it is working as is so I may not up the does after all. The first morning I took it I wasn't hungry until 2pm or so and since starting using I skip breakfast EASILY and now I have also not been hungry in the evening after dinner. I basically have something around 2pm and then something around 5 or 6 and that's it. The thing that really stood up for me and has been surprising was: 1. the days just before my monthly recurring appointment with mother nature (sorry for being graphic) when I usually eat for all of the UK, I wasn't hungry at all and wasn't craving sweets 2. the evenings I spent watching a movie on tv, I wasn't tempted to snack. I just sat there and watched the movie. I can't remember the last time I did that 3. This morning I forgot to put it in my bulletproof coffee and got hungry around 10. Waited to 11 and had brunch and then when went into kitchen (I work from home) I noticed the syringe and realised I had forgotten to put it in. I am mind blown and that is why I am writing this review now! 4. I like the taste. It is tasteless but for some reason makes the coffee nicer for me 5. A friend came over with super duper chocolate fudge cake and I ate a couple of spoons just to not offend her but I could have easily watch her eating it in front of me without being tempted. Honestly, what sorcery is this? Now in terms of weight loss. the first week I didn't lose any weight. Then I realised that tic tacs are 0.5 carb EACH and I was chomping on them in the car with my daughter probably adding 7 carbs daily, easily! I have now stopped both tic tac and sugarfree gum and have lost 1 pound in 4 days - but most importantly my scale also measures fat and I have lost 0.5 - in 4 days. I am heavy so my weight loss will be faster than others but I am really impressed. Also I know I am in ketosis because I have the strips to check. Thank you SO SO much for this oil. It has changed my attitude to food and I am really grateful.
