I was a little apprehensive about this chair having read some of the reviews however, having now assembled it I can assuredly say this is the best purchase i've ever made. The chair is so comfortable, and the white fluffy material is just beautiful. Combined with the footrest, the adjustable back and the massage function, it's safe to say I could easily sit in it for hours. It's easy enough to assemble, and gives all the benefits of an ergonomic chair with the added benefit of being aesthetically pleasing. The massage function works well even when plugged into an extension cable. The only down side i would say is the wires do show at the back of the chair but this is minor compared to the comfort of the chair. I'll be intrigued to see whether this stands the test of time!

This product is simply not good enough. The padding on the chair — especially on the left arm and the bottom seating cushion — is poor, uncomfortable, and far below what you’d expect at this price point. After running into these issues myself, I noticed many other reviewers reporting the exact same problems, which makes it clear this is a recurring fault, not a one‑off. Customer support initially tried to offer a partial refund, which is not in line with consumer law. Don’t let yourself get fobbed off by this. You are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and that is exactly what you should be pushing for. They only adhered to their obligations after I challenged them directly. Once I pushed back, the team did handle the situation properly and the final resolution was acceptable. But the fact remains: the product quality is poor, and the company should not be relying on customers to quote consumer law before doing the right thing. If you’re considering this chair, be aware of the issues — and stand your ground if you need support.

Very happy with this chair, nice and comfy and the massage feature is lovely, it’s going to make working from home even better! Only slight negative is the instructions for attaching the pole to the back rest are a little misleading and took me while to figure out, but maybe that’s just me and my menopausal brain lol. Overall, very pleased with the chair and couldn’t be happier with my purchase 🤗

Is this chair comfy? It is but the back isn’t fully adjustable, it goes back and forth using the armrests (I struggle to lock into place, so not stable) but not up and down. There is a pillow at the bottom that is not detachable and it’s too low for the small in my back so it doesn’t support my lower back as it should, it actually causes increased pain as my spine isn’t aligned correctly due to this pillow. So an additional pillow is needed. The chair only goes so high, ok for my height (5’2) but not if you were taller. The massage element is nice but a vibration rather than a massage. The remote control is easy to use and it has its own lil pocket. It has a footrest (well, a leg rest) under the seat, feels flimsy but holds the weight of my legs so we good 🤣. Super easy to assemble. Really soft fabric which is warm and inviting. The cable for the plug is not very long. I have a 60cm desk with the sockets behind the desk. There is just enough room on the cable to enable the chair to be tucked in or pushed out without it unplugging. Lovely colour and looks more expensive than it was, BUT it could’ve been so much more. Would I buy this again? Probably not, mainly due to not fully adjustable back height and the non detachable/adjustable pillow included

Arrived well packed,so easy to assemble with clear instructions. Very comfortable with good back support. Massage addition works really well. Good value for money fairly light weight moves on castors nicely just what I wanted for my new craft room.

I’d say this is quite possibly the nastiest thing i’ve ever bought but I have decided it definitely is! No massage about it, it’s vibrations, massaging chairs have balls in them that move, this just feels like someones ringing you & you’re sat on your phone. Nowhere near as comfy as it looks too, the leather is so shiny I will be brushing my teeth in it tomorrow. Low quality & poor performance overall, it is a cheap chair though so don’t know what I expected
