T-bolt & nut are not the same thread pitch or there was slag in the threads or welded nut out of alignment with thru hole. Pretty well cross threaded The t bolt threads. Will cut the nut of and reweld a new one on & use a bolt . should work as advertised otherwise

The outer box looked good but the box inside looked like it was ran over, missing the T handle/ bolt and the straps. And it looked used.

Material Handler works as expected, hook is a little cheap made and small, otherwise it's good for its intended use.
