Good supplement at a decent price
I've been using EFAs for about 20 years or so for muscle gain/fat loss/overall health and am a big proponent of them. This is a particularly good brand and the capsules are deodorized so you don't get the "fish burp" flavor, which is a big plus, and they are also about $10-$20 cheaper than other brands, so I would definitely recommend it, lot of benefits from this supplement.

Rare to find
Estas vitaminas son de las mejores, ya que el omega 3 debe estar en un recipiente no transparente, y estas cumplen con eso. Es dificil encontrarlas en otros establecimientos, pero en amazon las puedo programar para que me lleguen cada cieerto tiempo y eso me encanta.
