I was surprised with how soft and easy it slides across my needles. The colors were exactly as pictured. Will get more in the future.

A Review to Help You Decide If This Is the Yarn For You
This isn't a "like" or "dislike," but more informational. It's HARD to know what a yarn is really like without being able to see it! I used to use a lace-weight or slightly thicker yarn, which was sort-of fuzzy and had some loft, for a lot of baby projects. It's discontinued, of course, and I've had trouble finding a substitute that is acrylic (for those with wool/natural fiber allergies) and of the right size. (Omega Crys may be a little TOO thin.) This is working okay for my current project, which is a baby sacque/jacket, but it seems more of a "thread" than a "yarn." Imagine a thick mercerized crochet cotton (or silk, the name gives it away) that has a little more loft and better drape/heavier weight than cotton....or something between that and sock-yarn. I keep thinking this thread might be good for something like those crocheted snowflakes and angels for Christmas, but I think you'd have to starch it pretty heavily. Again, this is NOT a negative review. There are lots of uses for this type of thread/yarn. I know my pattern sample looks pitiful, but it's unblocked (and you can see my "lifeline" which was done in a beautiful light-pink color that I may use for part of the jacket.) The lower edge was worked on size 2 needles, switching to size 3. Again, this is just to help you make an informed decision before your purchase.
