Actual miracle—from someone who suffered for years
Hi, this Women’s Natural Transition is a total miracle for me. I have been in perimenopause for 7 years (sorry, gals, yes…that long, no end in sight…) and have been in so many supplements, at the same time, to try to keep my hot flashes under control. I have 20-30 daily at their worst, and use 3 sets sheets per night. Then I went on a fancy prescription that worked for about a year, then suddenly stopped and I had some concurring side effects. I stopped all that. By some good fortune, I found these. Honestly within the first day I was feeling fewer hot flashes, and they are less intense. I’m only on day four and taking just one each morning and evening, so I can still increase my dose and may do so, but at already feeling relief. Wow. That’s just my experience—but maybe it will help you!

It surprisingly helps!
I started getting hot flashes a while back and my mom gave me a bottle of this to help with my perimenopausal symptoms. After 2 weeks I kind of forgot to keep taking them. After a few days I realized that I was starting to get hot flashes again and I hadn’t been while I was taking the pills! I am amazed but it has really kept those hot flashes at bay. It’s worth giving them a try to see if it will help you.

Working, but need more time..
I have just been on this product for about 3 weeks, and I have already been noticing hormonal changes that are more balanced...so it is working, but I believe still needs more time in my system. Hot flashes and night sweats are less but still occurring. Hoping they go away completely.

Hot flashes lessening
It's ony been a week but the hot flashes do appear to be lessening , but I take 2 in the mornign and 2 at night
