Brilliant Game!!
Brilliant fun, just like a real escape room at home We had such a fun night with this game. It includes real locks and objects, which makes it feel super immersive, just like being in an actual escape room. The puzzles are varied and clever, catering to different ways of thinking, so everyone in our group had a chance to shine. Much cheaper than booking an escape room for everyone, and you can even reset it afterwards thanks to the clear instructions provided and challenge someone else, which is such a great bonus. The hint system is spot on too, helpful without giving too much away. Perfect for a fun night in. Highly recommend.

look up , look down, look all around
these are always brilliant. They look expensive and are competitively priced . The value is in the playability but also the attention to detail and the craft of the items included. Challenging for young and old. satisfying when you complete.

Can be reset to pass on to another team of players
Excellent game. We've played quite a few of this type of game (exit, murder case files etc), this is possibly the best. Great start to the game and engaging throughout. The items are excellent. Took 2 adults and a bright teenager almost 4 hours to complete. It cannot be played again by the same players but it can be totally reset (use pen and paper, don't write on the materials) to pass on to another team to play.

Expensive for this type of game but great fun to play
We've played a number of murder mystery games before, but this was the first one that included props such as a locked padlock that needed to be opened in order to access further clues, which added an interesting twist. The game is presented in a branded box, and is very cleverly packaged as within the box is what appears to be another board game, which forms the premise for the entire game. After reading the introductory sheet you access a website (worth noting that you will need internet access to play the game) which then allows you to explore various elements of the game with numerous clues and puzzles throughout. The website also contains hints if you're struggling, but it's worth persevering with the clues as you'll have a much greater sense of achievement if you solve it unaided. You have to enter answers onto the website at various points, and once you've solved the final clue and entered the answer the website confirms that the game is over. A nice touch is that it then provides instructions on how to reset/repackage the game so that you can pass it on to somebody else to enjoy. My wife and I decided to turn the playing of the game into a date night, and with occasional breaks for drinks and refreshments the entire game took around 2 1/2 hours, which was a perfect way to spend an enjoyable Saturday evening. It isn't cheap, but a takeaway or evening out would probably have cost as much, if not more, and as noted you can always reuse the game by passing it on to somebody else to enjoy. A five star experience, but only 4 stars awarded due to the high price, which I felt could have been a little lower.

An Engaging Escape Room Experience That Puts Your Wits to the Test
We decided to dive into this cleverly crafted escape room-style game, and it did not disappoint. With four adults engrossed for nearly two and a half to three hours, the game proved to be a thoroughly entertaining challenge, balancing mental stimulation with social fun in equal measure. The design of the game is notably thoughtful, catering to 1–6 players, making it versatile enough for both intimate family gatherings and lively friend groups. Its premise centres around cracking a series of padlocked puzzles within a spooky mystery house, setting the scene with just the right amount of atmosphere and intrigue to keep everyone invested. What stands out most is the depth and variety of puzzles. They demand genuine brainpower without veering into the realm of frustration. On more than one occasion, we were certain we had cracked the code, only to be gently (or not so gently) corrected by the game’s subtle design. It cleverly balances challenge and satisfaction, encouraging players to think laterally and collaborate closely. The beauty of this experience is its modularity. You can tackle the puzzles independently or enjoy the full game as a combined narrative adventure, offering flexibility to suit different moods or time constraints. The rules are lucid and easy to grasp, which means you spend less time scratching your heads over instructions and more time engaged in the mystery. From a quality perspective, the components feel robust and well-constructed, which adds to the immersive experience. The clues are thoughtfully concealed, and the whole package has a polished finish that exudes value far beyond its modest price point. Moreover, the game is resettable and reusable — a blessing for those who want to share the experience with others. In conclusion, this is perfectly suited for those who enjoy puzzles and mysteries but prefer the camaraderie of friends and family to solitary contemplation. An excellent investment for anyone eager to test their deduction skills in a delightfully spooky setting — just be prepared for some spirited debate over the trickier clues!
