Bought for a fractured ankle Pros Multi foot use and Beats a bag of peas and easy to use, straps are useful for keeping it in place and can wrap around ankle area when slightly more in fluid form and nice comfortable lining. When I can get the cold to sit on the injury area it rescues the swelling well. It comes with a freezer bag so that’s useful too. Cons The ice is squeezable which means you can move it to the area you need it the most however when it freezes you don’t have control over where it sits so you have to wait to it thaws out abit to be able to move it and therefore when it comes out of the freezer isn’t mouldable around your ankle. You will also need a towel under your foot as it thaws as leaves wet patches after use

Purchased this to help with swelling after breaking my fibula in 2 places. Had a little difficulty putting this on, but once on, really helped with swelling and pain.

Came quickly but does not wrap around foot as easily as shown here . On the 3rd use , I took out of the freezer and went to flatten it out to position and it ripped at the stitching. Disappointed

I recently had a lapiplasty bunion correction surgery. As part of my post-op care I needed to ice my foot as often as possible. I’m almost at 2 weeks post-op. I bought 2 of these ice packs. They are easy to use and they cool very quickly. My instructions were to apply the pack for 30 mins on and wait 30 mins to apply again. The ice pack stayed cold during the 30 mins. I used the soft side against my skin for comfort. The areas that required icing were the top of my foot and the inside of ankle which this product did cover. If I were to change anything it would be to add more cooling surface area to inside of ankle area. The plastic bags provided are durable and help protect & separate the ice packs from our other frozen goods in the freezer. The ice packs have held up after using upwards of 6 or more times a day. The Velcro straps remain effective after multiple uses and even after getting lint on them from my bedding & cats. They are especially convenient to use on the foot and maintain their position with ease. They are comfortable and will continue to be put to use when I have surgery on my other foot. If you’re having a similar surgery make sure to buy 2 of these so you always have 1 pack at the ready.

This is the perfect ankle ice pack. The velcro on the straps are stronger than and let you wrap it as tight as needed. It stays cold for a very long time. Highly recommend.

I recently broke my right leg. in October. Right before the holidays. It’s been painful. I wound up having to have surgery so my downtime has been longer than anticipated. I have tried several ice packs- but this is my favorite for this injury! It freezes quickly- but is still flexible. It wraps perfectly around my injured foot and the fabric is soft and comfy. Might end up buying an additional one so I can always have my foot iced when I’m not in the boot. This is not the end all be all ice pack- it has a very specific job that it does perfectly! Highly recommend for anyone who has lower leg/ankle/foot issues, injuries and surgeries! It came in a sturdy box and we be a great addition to a care package for the unlucky someone in your life who just was recently injured, or a self absorbed boss who cooked his foot on a George Foreman grill;) I am wearing mine right now while my foot is elevated- and I can even see the swelling starting to go back down. Lifesaver!

This wearable ice pack was a foot saver during my injury. It is much easier to keep on and holds in place well, it functions as it’s meant to. The ice stays frozen for a good amount of time while remaining soft enough to wear on an injury. It has adjustable straps in order to accommodate many sizes and ice is a great pain reliever while wearing this boot! I love it’s even a pretty blue.
