Life Extension Certainly did Not let Us down with this Vitamin D with K Supplement. Excellent Quality with no bad smell or taste. BUT It is quite a Large Solid Oval Pill (in case Swallowing is an issue for the intended User.) It has become a staple in Our Family Supplement regimen!

Great combination of vitamins for winter, especially where I live in the North.

My doctor ran a test and told me I had vitamin D deficiency, so I bought this to be on the safe side. The good: I feel more energized and less sleepy. The bad; it gives me a loose stool. I don't know if everyone who takes this has a lose stool, but that was my experience. Then again, I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight, so I don't mind the lose stool all that much.

This D3 and K2 vitamin supplement is a great addition to my daily routine. I like that it combines both vitamins, as they work together to help with calcium absorption and support bone and heart health. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate that the ingredients are high quality, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste.

Worked great for me. Not on prescribed medication for hypothyroidism but doctor was slow to give me anything for the constant burn out and fatigue. This leveled me out within a couple days. Great value for getting my energy back.
