Definitely a NO! Did not help one bit. Maybe even made it worse but I cannot tell that for sure. I am finishing the second bottle 3 pills 3 times daily. No effect!!! Dont waste money. I really wanted to like it!

Expensive but worth it. I think you have to buy two bottles and commit to the dose size. But I'd rather do this than screwing up my hormones and digestion with Accutane.
