I was sent a used figure?
EDIT - I was contacted and sent a replacement very quickly. The new figure/box looks great 👍I got the box with the figure & a clear case with it that wasn't even listed to come with it. The outside looks dusty and a partially torn corner on the box. It's supposed to be a brand new figure but looks like I was shipped a used or returned one?
