French Burnt Peanuts Christmas Candy, 2-Pound Bag

These peanuts looked and tasted just like I remembered them. Glad I bought them.

Have not had these since I was a kid!

While the flavor was OK, the candy shells lacked that good snap/crunch. Alas, our walk down memory lane of movie candy was dashed... What a disappointment.Maybe I'll try toasting then in a warm oven for a few minutes.

Kind of nummy but spendy. Package not very big for the price. The product was fresh. I'd buy again for the freshness! and, for the amount (size) for this price, I'd not buy again. Two edged sword kind-of-thing.

...but don't read that as a complaint!!! These are pretty good and more importantly pretty fresh. I'd buy these again...

So I thought it was my imagination until my husband took a handful and said "these things are stale" and then I realized my sentiments were validated.

There were stickers over stickers with different expiration dates and candy was the most stale I've ever had. Unable to enjoy.
