Buen cuchillo de buen material , ya tengo con el varios meses y el filo sigue igual , muy práctico

We have used this knife weekly for months. We get allot of sourdough bread and this knife cuts right through tough crusts and soft breads. Stays sharp as we only use it for bread. The knife is heavy but it seems appropriately weighted for is large size. Comes with its own cover easy to protect and keep clean. Cant beat the value on this.

Lame plutot epaisse, tres peu flexible et finition assez grossiere. Je voullais m en servir pour couper de fine tranche de rotie de boeuf mais c est plutot un couteaux pour trancher des legume ou de la viande crue pas servir des viandes cuite. Restera a voir si son tranchant se maintient apres un bon affutage
